This review is by Maryann's husband Eric. Luke serviced our air conditioner compressor. We were told by another company that the compressor needed to be replaced. They did not offer the options that Luke did.
Luke was very knowledgeable and explained each diagnostic step and it's results in a manner that I understood.
Luke presented the options, their cost, and potential outcomes.
He worked in an efficient manner, he was professional and courteous.
We are delighted with his work. We recconend Luke without reservation.

We have used Eric Krise Electrical Contractors for electrical work. That experience was also a good one.

A pipe busted in my basement. I had 4 inches of water in the basement.Keith and his partner Stefan went above and beyond. They fixed the pipe. We called them back because we noticed our hot water heater wasn’t working. They got a part and tried resetting it. Still didn’t work. They were going to come back tomorrow but they came back the same day. They were determined to be sure that the hot water heater was working before they left. They both wanted us to have hot water for the night. I can assure you I will be using This company in the future for our needs.

I met with George , he provided an estimate for the service the same day. He scheduled the repair and showed up on time and called before he went. He was fast, efficient, and most of all HONEST. He didn't have to replace a breaker and he let me know and did not charge me for this. I appreciate the HONESTY and recommend highly this company for your electrician needs. Mike came out for an urgent matter and handled it quickly and professionally! All of the folks that I have met that work there are just knowledgeable, understanding and overall amazing human beings! I was in a panic situation and they ran to my rescue! They are very fair in their pricing as well because other companies out there would charge to come out that day. My AC died right in the middle of the heat wave! The temps in my home reached above 100°. I reached out to many companies but only Eric Krise Services made it a point to respond immediately and have a tech come out the following day! They provided a quote and simple and easy financing to complete the system replacement!

I worked with Kyle throughout the whole process who was most knowledgeable about the install and kept me in the loop the entire time! On the day of the install, we had Matt, Jeff and Ryan come by the house around 7am! The three of them had the system installed, plumbed, wired, and ready to go by 5pm which was no easy task with an install of an entirely new system! They left the property spotless and took away all the junk from the old system!

I couldn’t be happier with the final product and highly recommend you use them for the projects in your home! I will surely be using them again in the future!!
