And let me say that Marc is one of the most professional contractors that I have ever worked with! I watched him do a very intense and thorough inspection for pests in our bedroom, and he is also very knowledgeable. Most importantly. Marc was honest and transparent. He didn't try to upsale me on services but gave his honest assessment of the situation. And there were no pressure tactics. Typically, I have my guards up when I work with a contractor; however, Marc is a man of honesty and integrity. I am SO GLAD that I came across this company and would definitely utilize them for future services.

For awhile we had different technicians and we stumbled upon our technician Jose N. right before we were going to cancel. I know I can very difficult because I have an extreme phobia for rodents and Jose has been very understanding of my phobia. He is kind and patient with me and very thorough with his work. He is always making suggestions to me about things I can do to prevent any kind of issues. Jose is very knowledgeable and accessible, if I reach out to him he always gets back to me!
