(April 14, 2023, 4:03 pm)Tara and Steve arrived promptly and also the office called to let me know they were on their way, which I really appreciated.
I had some concerns about keeping my dog safe after they treat her area. Tara was very knowledgeable and Steve also contributed. They reassured me that their product is safe for pets and just to wait until the spray dries.
They proceeded to do a thorough job and were happy to do any other areas at my request.
What a pleasure to deal with such professional and pleasant people. I know that's not always the case, so I really appreciate it when it happens! I hope they will be my technicians next visit. -

(March 15, 2023, 3:12 pm)Jeff Stevens, Field Manager came out today and delivered incredible customer service and care. First, he was so pleasant and friendly and I felt Jeff was genuinely concerned and tuned into providing excellent service. He was professional and gave us advice and I believe he went above and beyond to help. Just WOW! A1 in handling the fly infestation in our fireplace especially ridding the flies and the dead culprit, a squirrel. We greatly appreciate ALL the info, advice, and clean-up and your personable professionalism.

(February 10, 2023, 1:42 pm)Both Buddy and Dan came to service our house. They ate incredibly professional and went though our house in great detail. Dan even recognized one of his colleagues Tara who accidentally left her bag from the last trip, which we saved. The services that all 3 did deserves an extra star as they also have to listen to my little one following them around asking so much questions.
