Dylans RV Center

We purchased our Coachmen RV in August 2022 from Dylans. This was our first RV purchase. Our Salesman was Tony Kubat. Tony was a great help and took the time necessary to show us the available models and features of the RV's. We decided to purchase a new Coachmen Cross Trail because it was the perfect size for my wife and I. The features were just what we were looking for and the price was great. We have already been on multiple mini-vacations with a trip to WDW in the near future. We did need some minor warranty repairs that is to be expected. The Service department handled everything with no issues and the work was completed in timely manner. Our overall pre / post sales experience at Dylans was fantastic. They have a great team that is very friendly and helpful to address your needs. Thank you Tony and Dylans for making our first RV experience one to remember! We'll be back!

Recently purchased an RV from Dylan’s; Tony was our salesperson. He was very helpful in explaining how everything works in the RV and made sure we were comfortable before we left with the RV. He even responded to a question outside of work hours. We worked with Joey in the finance department who was very knowledgeable about the process and RVs in general. Both gentleman were a pleasure to work with.. definitely recommend!

Just bought a RV from Dylan's and love it! Our salesman Andy was very helpful with no pressure. Minor detail at pick up and it was taken care of quickly and professionally. Would recommend Dylan's to anyone looking for a good price and great place to deal with.

We purchased our first RV at Dylan's in Mar 2022, the salesperson, Andy Pandolfi, was very helpful and did not pressure which we like about him. Even though, he was new to selling RV's he has many experience selling cars for numerous years. He is honest (imagine a car salesperson) and if he does not know the answer he would research it. When we have a problem with our RV, he was there to help us as much as he can.

WOW! What a great crew! I saw the exact coach I wanted on their website - called and spoke to Mark in sales- explained that I was in Tennessee and was interested in the Georgetown GT5. He took me through the vehicle like I was right there. The we talked about my trade- he gave me a history of the company and his own background- exactly what I look for in a sales person - relationship building! I was so confident in his knowledge of the coach and description that I told home we would buy sight unseen- Mark put me in touch with Dave for the paperwork- Dave was incredibly efficient- 3 emails and paperwork was done ! When I dropped off the check I was given a thorough walk through of the new coach and all questions answered. The coach was impeccable in terms of appearance and mechanics- Jeff the tech made sure of that before I got there. I spent literally 5 minutes in the office with Dave to sign all of the prepared documents! A total class act! I drove 680 miles to get the coach and drove it back 680 immediately after paying for it and would do it all over again- Dylan’s to me was work the drive - 5 stars!!!!
