DTM has outstanding customer service and made financing extremely easy with a great interest rate. I recommend everyone go there! Me and my friend went in there to get an idea what the price would be for new quads. They spent an immense amount of time with us. They gave us such a good offer that we both ended up making a purchase. I bought the 1000 Overland and it had three storage cases in the back but there was also an optional seat. I wanted to purchase the optional seat but they told me it would have to be on back order. We had to go home to get the trailer to bring them back they stayed late for us I apologize immensely they didn't care. They end up giving me the seat back off another quad. Katie was financing was amazing. It was the best experience that I remember having for quite some time. I'll give you an instance, I try to buy a Yukon XL Denali a few days before Christmas they were closing early I had to go all up in Pennsylvania and an hour before it was time for them to leave they didn't even want to finish up the deal so I could come back and get it at a later time. So I went down the street and I bought another one another one with more options and spent more money. But it was worth it because of the customer service.

First experience here made us forever customers! We were set to leave for a trip 8 hours away and the morning of we had an issue with the wheel bearing. We went to the shop as soon as they opened and Ian pulled some strings to get our sxs in to the shop first thing! David and Matt were a huge help in the process as well and fixed the issue within two hours and we were on our way! Mike entertained us while we shopped around and is very knowledgeable with all the machines in there. He was so great we’re leaning towards trading our sxs and getting a new quad. All in all great business and amazing employees! We will definitely be coming back here from now on! Thank you to all those that helped us out today!
