Amanda is by far one of my favorite yoga teachers. She is personable, professional, and has a knack for consistently creating a great class experience.

I've had the privilege of taking Amanda's yoga class. I was a beginner and she made me feel extremely comfortable in her class. She is a patient and gentle teacher which I really appreciated. I highly recommend you try her class!

I also received a Thai yoga massage from Amanda and words cannot explain the relaxation I experienced throughout the massage. My Thai yoga massage from Amanda was hands down the most relaxing massage I've ever had. I felt rejuvenated and had a greater range of motion after the hour long massage. If you are looking for relaxation, I highly recommend you try a Thai yoga massage!
