Clean and welcoming location. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Dr. Bognet is very professional and down to earth. He will provide a very understandable explanation and will answer all questions. Totally great experience. Totally recommend him.
Dr. Bognet genuinely cares and treats the problem. Then Dr. Bognet wants to get to the root of the problem. You will not find a doctor more thorough at getting to the root of the problem. Excellent plan of action for avoiding future problems and holds you accountable with follow-up appointments.
My husband and I have been with Dr.Bognet for well over 5 years. We have absolutely no complaints about the care we have been provided. He is professional, efficient and very focused. He diagnosed my husband’s DVT and personally took all the necessary steps to ensure he was taken in immediately upon arrival at the hospital. He follows through and when we’ve been sick, he has called back to ask about our progress. Sure you have to wait in the waiting room but when you have an emergency, he will squeeze you in without an appointment and that’s appreciated because those are the times when you do need to see your doctor. He is very knowledgeable and has great insight as far as asking the right questions to diagnose a problem and that means a lot in my book.
Dr. Bognet truly cares about his patients, and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of. He is thorough, and strives to get to the root of the issue, rather than slapping a band aid on. I would highly recommend him.
