We utilized Certa-Pro to remove wallpaper in our front hall, stairway and upstairs hall. In addition to the wallpaper removal, there were a lot of holes in the walls that needed to be repaired. From the estimate to the completed job, we found their team to be professional, communicative and responsive. Big shout out to Austin on their team, who ended up completing most of our job solo due to another team member being ill (and we thank them for not arriving to our house sick!). He did a great job - and made sure I was aware of the progress each day. We are very satisfied with the end result!

We hired CertaPro to install crown moulding and complete interior painting for our new home. They completed the whole job in about a week and we're spectacular about keeping us updated on progress (since we weren't on site while the work was being done). Price was also on point and financing options helped us extend the payments over a year at 0% financing! The crew was so kind and respectful, and even helped drag packages into our garage when they were delivered while we weren't home. I can't recommend this team enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I was referred by a family member to Certa Pro to paint the interior of my townhome. I received quotes from a few other painters, and Certa Pro was right in line with the price for the work. They had a team member come out to do the quote to ensure it was accurate. The difference was they were super professional and made me feel confident that they would do the work they quoted me for in a timely manner and do a phenomenal job. And boy did they deliver! The bulk of the work was completed within 2 days for a 2 story 1,000 sq ft property and it was well done. I would recommend Certa Pro to anyone looking to have painting done and can confidently say that they will do a great job!

This was my first time using CertaPro. The communication was excellent from the beginning with a quote from Mark. I received the electronic quote that was very detailed. The price was inline with other painters. Cora then stepped in to coordinate the schedule and modifications to the job order. She was also very detailed when she communicated with me. We decided to paint the entire house consisting of bay windows, dormers, garage doors, bilco doors, vinyl siding, gutters and all the windows. The team of painters arrived and were very professional reviewing the job again, paint selection and how they will be painting each area. Victor was the on-site project manager and Eddie was a new mgr stopping in to check on the project and team of painters. Victor listened carefully and took direction well. He was the painter that instructed the other 2 what to paint. The team of 3 worked well together and they worked straight through each day only taking one lunch break. I thought they were very quiet compared to other painters I used and I was happy to see they didn't smoke (unlike other painters who constantly were taking smoke breaks). On the last day of painting 2 additional painters were called in and they all stayed late to finish the job. We did a final walk-thru and they offered to do any additional touch ups if needed. I was very satisfied with their work I would use this team again.

We contracted CertaPro to paint the entire interior of our new home, including our kitchen cabinets and staircases (which were an outdated orange-y oak color). We couldn't be happier with the work Fabian and David performed to make our new home truly ours. It was a BIG job, and they showed up every morning right on time with smiles on their faces, ready to work. It was a nice surprise to have Lisa, the owner, so hands-on with our project - she checked in with us at every step and even came to the house half way through the job to check on the progress and to ensure we were satisfied. Really great people, great service, and attention to detail. All the things you want and need for this scope of a job. Highly recommend!
