Had a problem with our well and Barber was called. They came to our house and took a look at what was going on and gave us a range of options for it's repair. Never were we pressured one direction or the other and after considering the wells age and the discount price for doing the whole system we decided to replace the entire well system. They showed up and in one day had us up and running. Had zero problems and everything was as discussed. Looks like we found us a new Plumbing and Heating Contractor for our future needs. He is a great doctor. I have been with him about a year and am totally satisfied. He is VERY detailed with his care of me and because of some of the issues I have I am thankful for that. I am usually seen with a decent amount of time but he is busy and does take his time with all of his patients so I am not bothered by that. He is great because he does all of is lab work from his office so I do not have to deal with going to lab corp to get testing. He is very personable and he is experienced. Love him!

Our water main in the front yard broke and I called multiple plumbers. Some of them returned my call, but Chad with Barber & Sons was the only one to actually answer his phone the first time around. He also came out the same day to assess the issue and was super nice. He spent the time to answer our questions, talk to us about what he thought was going on, and clearly explained what the process would be to fix the problem. Within a day and a half he had a quote over to us with a breakdown & description of the work that needed to be done.

This was a two-day job and they were on time both days and worked relentlessly in the August heat and humidity to make sure it was done properly and within the expected time frame. Chad and Jordan even took the time out during the work process to show me what they were doing and explain why they were doing it. When the inspector came out to assess the job half way through, he commented that the job looked great and was one of the best he had seen like this. When the job was ready to wrap up they did a nice job at cleaning up and doing what they could to ensure there wasn't a big mess left behind.

Barber & Sons is a family-owned, local business which I prefer compared to the larger, more corporate businesses. They take pride in their work and it shows in their professionalism, customer-service and quality of work. Both my husband and I are very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the work they did and would hire Darryl Barber & Sons again in a heartbeat.
