Dog next door did its job, barked for 1.5 hrs straight during my landscape job there! Solid neighborhood.

Lived there for many years wish I was still there. Moved into another local park BIG MISTAKE. Most the people are nice. They keep to themselves. The manager was always easy to talk to never had a problem. I wish there was a 3 bedroom there I would move back in a heartbeat. The only downside it was close to a busy road and trees need to be maintained.

Great neighbors. One of the quietest places you can live. I have a friend who lives here. It's an awesome time everytime I go there. Makes you feel comfortable nice setting. Great location move.

I've been living here since 2003 and for the most part it's very quiet. I'm sitting outside on my deck right now writing this as I speak, I hear Birds churping with a cool breeze blowing. When I first moved here I had Neighbors on both sides of me who were up in years but have since passed away. The new Neighbors are much younger but still very nice people to speak with. I also agree they should invest in something for the kids. They had a Basketball court and a small play ground but the original Owner Marvin was cheap and never spent any of his money back into the Park and now the New Owners a Big investment Company takes over spends a few dollars fixing some things but no play Ground yet? I like to see a community Pool go up like some of the other parks in the area. So if I had to rate this park I give it a 4 star. Nice Park but no pool....
