Very helpful staff. Great service. Great selection. I've bought a few bikes from them and have repairs done on some older bikes. They're very accommodating.

I brought my bike to have a flat tire fixed and Dennis and Dray were excellent! They were friendly and know exactly what they're doing. It's no wonder this bike shop has been in business for so long. They had me in and out in under an hour when I had just called the morning of the repair. This was much appreciated, especially before the holidays.

Honestly these guys are the absolute best! Brought in my daughter's bike that I bought a year ago for a repair and they refused payment! You just don't see customer service like that anymore. Some seriously kindhearted folks work here!! Couldn't recommend more highly!!

Best chain swap of my life!! I stopped by cycle sport for a simple chain swap. I did not have an appointment, I called the shop to see if they had the correct size in store. Sure enough they did, and I brought my bike by an hour later. And let me tell you this was the best experience I’ve personally had at a bike shop. The staff was exceptional and the customer service was excellent. Very friendly and always willing to help. Even showed me some of the coolest bikes I’ve seen in my life. For a quick and easy chain swap this was a rememberable experience. The work was quick and efficient. Made sure I was happy with everything before taking it off the stand. All-around great experience.
