Cryo Spa is a wonderful place! The owner - Lucy - is very knowledgeable about the benefits of cryo therapy, as well as the most efficacious way to administer the treatment. I have had tremendous improvements with debilitating joint and muscle pain with this treatment at Cryo Spa. Lucy and the massage/Shiatsu therapy staff are highly skilled and I have also experienced considerable pain relief with the above mentioned treatments. In addition all the staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Prices for service are very reasonable. The center is clean, peaceful and calming. A place of healing for sure!

I love my shiatsu massage at Cryo Spa. I look forward to it every two weeks. If I could afford it, then I would be there every week! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I especially enjoy Kim because when I come tense and stressed in body, mind and spirit by the time I leave a session with her I am calm and peaceful inside and out. If you want intuitive healing that's always exactly what you need then Kim's the right fit for you!

A miracle is the only way to describe how I feel. After watching an episode of Shark Tank, I wanted more info on cryotherapy. I googled "cryotherapy near me" and the Cryo Spa Natural Healing Center was the closest location, so I made an appointment. On my first visit, after a my few minutes of "freezing" I thought I might be crazy, but at the end of the 3 minutes I was thoroughly hooked. I was invigorated and ready to continue with my next sessions. My goal: to relieve the arthritis pain that made my 61-year old body feel like 100! I could barely get out of bed, let alone put on clothes without pain and moaning. Every joint hurt, including my hands. After 11 sessions, my pain is 90% gone!! I plan to transition to shiatsu massages to further my treatment/improvement.
The owner Lucy is wonderful. She joyfully shares her knowledge and expertise to help you. I am comfortable recommending anyone who suffers from joint pain like I did and can't wait to start phase 2 this Friday with my shiatsu massage (which other guests I have spoken with have raved about)! After being recommended by a client of mine, I knew I had to see what the Cryo Spa was all about. It's been 2 years since I've been going to Cryo Spa to have various of forms of bodywork done.

Even though I initially started with Lucy, I have experienced the other massage therapists as well. They are all very highly talented, caring and professional. It seemed to me that if these therapists were good enough for Lucy, the owner, then I could place my trust in them just as much.

And she was right. I cannot say enough about all of my experiences with all the therapists. I leave there not only feeling better in my body, but with a deeper knowledge of myself on the inner layers.
