The ONLY reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the manager Rachel took the time to call me and find out what was going on. I am a good paying customer. I pay well in advance every month and I have never been late even during the pandemic. Storage Sense was refusing to honor a verbal agreement to waive a late fee due to an email they claim they sent about a rent increase but I never received. The people I spoke with threatened to sell my stuff and lock me out, even were ok with losing a good paying customer instead of honoring the verbal agreement. They had all kinds of excuses. Rachel called me listened to what I said waived the late fee and said she will look into the matter further. It wasn't about the money. It was the principal of the situation and how I was being treated. Word of mouth is your best business and if that is how they are going to treat good paying customers they are going to struggle with finding ones to stay with those prices especially since they keep going up! So thank you Rachel for listening and believing me and looking into the matter further.

This is a storage facility with security with a bright orange and blue décor. Owner must be a Mets fan with those team colors. Lot is not paved.

The only problem is getting contact with the guys, since their day job is construction/contract work. This keeps their prices low. VERY personable and understanding. I recommend them without a flinch!
