Our air conditioner was working on and off and Conn mechanical was the only company that really came to get to the bottom of the issue. They stayed all day and got it fixed for us. Great service and smooth transactions with schedule and proposals to fix.

I had called about getting a quote for a new heat pump system at my condo. Ed was very timely in getting back to me! He quickly provided me with Good, Better, Best options proposal. After giving myself some time to think about it - I went ahead and signed proposal for the "Better" option.

The individual's here are very Professional. I am a first time home owner and needed to replace my 30+ year old heat pump system. Kait walked me through the process step-by-step, permits applications, rebates, inspection scheduling etc. I am very grateful for her help. She's a pleasant individual.

Install was done was quickly and cleanly. I left for work early and had my Nephew stay at home to show the technicians in. They were finished in a few hours. The installation was clean and flawless - you'd hardly have known anyone was there. No mess what-so-ever.

Pick these guys for your heat pump replacement. You won't be disappointed.

Best HVAC and Plumbing Team We’ve Found! Their slogan “No gimmicks, just good old fashioned service” is spot on! We’ve had our heating system upgraded, replaced one of our two AC units and went from two electric hot water heaters to one tankless unit and we couldn’t be any happier with all the work they’ve done. Also had a plumbing emergency earlier this year and they were quick to respond to that as well!
We got three estimates on our heating upgraded and Ed provided a more thorough quote than the other two places, and was the most reasonably priced.
I highly recommend using CMS for all your HVAC and Plumbing needs - they are our go-to for sure!

Ed and the folks at Conn are great. They came to repair my air conditioner the same day I called and ordered my new one the next day and installed it the day after that. I couldn't have asked for better service. Ed provided with me three options to choose from good, better, best and as well as a few different payment plan options. They went above and beyond to assist me and communicate via email and text. The technicians Eddie and Kenny were great. They were super quiet and polite in my house. They showed me everything and Ed stopped by the next day to check on the job and show me some of the controls and features of my new system and thermostat. He even walked me through the online setup. I have used Conn before to purchase and install a hot water heater and they also service my furnace. Their techs are always professional and knowledgeable and their service is awesome.
