Cassandra at Concord Nissan helped me get a new car . I was a little scared because my credit is a little rocky . She worked her magic and not only got me approved but got my monthly payments where I wanted to be. I know she did a lot of work on her end and really really worked with me . She was so kind , understanding and caring. Although she did a lot of work on her end , I felt none of the stress on mine. She made it so quick and painless. I’ve never had such an easy experience buying a car in my life. I’m so thankful. I highly recommend Cassandra ! On a scale of 1-10 , I rate my entire experience with her an eleven! He took his time with us, never rushed us to make a decision. He didn’t waste our time trying to “up sell” us on something we weren’t in the market for. The process was smooth and personable the way it should be…something you don’t always get in sales today. Jeff Rubin helped to finalize the sale in a personal yet professional manner. I’ve been looking for a new car for a few months. I’ve test drove all the SUVs in the Nissan Rogue class and all seemed to fall short of one thing or another. I reached out and initially spoke with Ryan, the sales manager, who was extremely nice, helpful, and not pushy. Ryan hooked me up with Adam, one of their sales consultants, and he was great! We test drove the car and I am officially a proud owner of a 2021 Rogue! After the purchase Adam spent time showing me all the ins and outs of the car, helped me with the Nissan App and told me to call with any questions at all!
