Best customer service representatives. Marisa and April and Dr. Adams were all very nice and i could tell they really cared about getting my appointment done as quick as possible. Great place to go!

Went to Concentra in Newark De. For a DOT physical. I was 5 minutes early before opening and was 4 th in line. Very very busy. 20 minutes went by and there was a line out the door. It gets busy quick. However there is a great group of ladies that take care of business. They had me in and out in less than an hour. They were very friendly and answered any questions. Definitely will go there again.

The doctor and nurse was great but the front office must be a little stressed. I was coming for a routine car and physical for a new position. The car was from a history of a positive ppd from 8yrs ago. I brought prof of it but the front office girl said I would have to have a positive ppd from them didn’t even look at my paperwork. Lo g story short, they could do it but I had to drive the hour back the next day to complete it.
