Complete Care at Lehigh Center

I used to work at Lehigh Center and it is a great place to work! All the staff from management to care staff are like family and truly care about their residents. For anyone looking for short term rehab or long term care, please consider Lehigh Center. The admissions staff has years of experience in healthcare. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help!

I am tearful as I leave this review. My father was cared for at this facility in his final days. The staff, nurses, PCA’s etc were so kind and caring, not only to my father but my mother and myself. They were always in touch with us regarding any changes in health, meds etc. when he passed they showed empathy and care. My father was a veteran and my biggest fear was him being treated less than and he was treated like the man I grew up with till the very end. As a child you want the best care possible for the parent that raised you and cared for you through good and bad times. And this team went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful. Even after his passing and my mother and I got to view him he looked so well taken care of. Peaceful, clean and comfortable in his bed. I was not expecting that. But I can be at peace knowing they cared for him as I would. Thank you so much!

As far as nursing homes go, I would say it's five stars. My dad always had his physical needs met while he was there, which sadly would not get done at most places. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is there is very limited outdoor space. In fact, there's really not any outdoor space unless you want to walk around the parking lot. I don't even think they have courtyards.

My mom stayed at Lehigh Center for rehab after falling down a flight of stairs....The Admissions team were wonderful and helped to make it a very easy transition for her from the hospital to the Center..The therapists and nursing staff took great care of her and were very attentive to her needs. She enjoyed her stay and really liked the food! We were very pleased with the care of the staff and Lehigh Center.
