The company did a great job of communicating with us especially in the few weeks right before installation. The installers were great! They were on time, friendly, and efficient and left our closet clean and ready to use.

(February 13, 2023, 11:20 am)From start to finish the team at Closets by Design was responsive and easy to work with. They communicated in the lead up to our installation and our consultant was available (even on the weekend) when we needed to confirm some of the prep work we were completing in advance. Installation day was perfect. Our installer was neat, only as noisy as he needed to be, and worked efficiently. The end result is awesome. Not only do our closets look great, but they function so much so much better!

(February 2, 2023, 6:09 pm)We’re in love with our new closet! Our designer came out to give us a free estimate and took all the measurements. Her layout focused on a symmetrical design that optimized our space with lots of shoe shelving, double hang sections and drawers. She came with wood samples too so I could see the exact color and material that would be used. The install went flawlessly. They came the exact date that was originally scheduled, called a few weeks in advance to confirm, and the guy they sent was very professional. He was quick and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. I couldn’t recommend this more! It makes such a huge difference and it’s actually quite affordable with a lifetime guarantee.

(November 27, 2022, 7:57 am)Getting closets was such a joyful experience...who would have known! The designer, Jen Schwab, was awesome. She was extremely responsive, met every commitment, was pleasant despite the number of modifications we had, provided suggestions during the design, and ensured everything met our expectations. And best of all, she made it exciting. By adding these closets, we got an extra 20" of room space back.

We had detailed communication from the team between our design session and installation date. And our installers were very professional, did a fantastic job updating our closets, and cleaned up well. We’re so pleased with our new closets and the additional storage they provide.
