I can’t tell you how happy I am that I brought my new Ford 2023 Bronco. Our Salesman. Andrew Seipel was the best! He had so much patience and a lot of information about the truck. I can’t say enough of wonderful things about him. I will always refer him to my friends and family!. Also our Finance Mgr, Kelly Horvath was wonderful too, she answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood it all. All I. Between my wife and I and my daughter, the Ford Ranger we bought was the seventh vehicle we’ve purchased over the years starting in 1982 when Steve Kalafer sold me my first truck. Ditschman and now Ciocca is top notch and we never have and never will go to another dealer. Our experience starting with building and ordering to finance and delivery went smoothly. I started my journey to acquire a Ford F150 Lighting in the summer of 2021, and the best thing I did was select Ciocca Ford of Flemington as my delivery team. Throughout all phases of this process, Mark Schmaling was my rock star, expertly advising me on the process and options to ensure inclusion in an early delivery wave. Mark was always available via email, which I prefer, keeping me constantly updated on the vehicle progress, even as the dealership changed owners right before final delivery. Mark also delivered on his promise of no additional markups, even in the current market, which made closing very easy. When it came time to pick-up the vehicle, Mark's tutorial of this next generation technology allowed me to get up and running fast. I consider myself fortunate to be able to work with Mark, and the rest of the Ciocca team, to drive home with this vehicle today. I recommend this group highly for a no-nonsense experience buying a Ford product.

Our salesman, David Harry, was phenomenal. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and he made it happen. The communication from him was always prompt, professional, and informative. While he was able to provide us with a hands on experience, he never made us feel pressured and gave us space to try the car out. This dealership gave me the best deal for my trade in and value for my purchase.

Kevin Matt and Kelly were amazing. I had such an amazing experience during this whole process. Honest, patient and kind. For the first time buying a car I dreaded going in to be swindled into all these plans I don’t need. They were very forthcoming and honest.
