(April 16, 2019, 10:04 am)Whether I visit Christine for a somewhat straight-forward relaxing massage, a specific physical issue, or tension from anxiety, I am always completely satisfied upon leaving. Recently, I had pain in my elbow area for a week and I couldn't straighten my arm when stretching. Christine took time to work all around, far beyond where I originally thought the source of the pain was and taught me a breathing technique to calm my anxiety. She helped me identify that tension in the body isn't necessarily from a direct injury, but can also result from holding onto anxiety. She's the full package!
