We had a great experience. John T was so helpful when I was deciding on a phone and new phone plan when switching from AT&T. I can't thank him enough. Go see John T if you need anything at verizon.

Glen at the Chestnut, Newark location is without a doubt the BEST! I had to purchase a new phone and he made the whole process seamless and painless. He explained everything, pointed out things that he felt would be interesting to me. Did not matter how crowded, Glen took the time and being a senior, this ment so much to me. I will definitely be recommending to everyone go see Glen, at the Chestnut, Newark location.

I visited the Verizon store in Brookside today and had such great service by a gentleman named, Jeff. He was patient, kind and very informative.
He worked with my needs and concerns and I left a happy camper.
All of the gentlemen that were working were very pleasant.
I would recommend that location to anyone looking for Verizon service changes and new service. And I’d definitely tell them to ask for Jeff! He’s great!

This is Kathy long calling I want to tell you what great service I've just received from the Verizon Wireless gentlemen. They are helping me sort out my Verizon needs. Their names are Jonathan and Glen.
I started with Glen and Jonathan came and helped. It's just been the best experience I've had with wireless that I've ever had Thank you for providing this wonderful service with these fine gentlemen thank you so much.
