Bob came out to service my gas fireplace that had suddenly begun to light up and then after a few minutes, the flame went out. Bob is very knowledgeable and experienced and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and thoroughly cleaned the gas fireplace which has it looking brand new and working beautifully again! Bob is very patient and willing to answer all my questions, and loves to share his knowledge! The only negative is it takes a while to schedule a cleaning service because when you are a good, naturally, you are very busy!

Mr. Smith was very professional and friendly. The remote start fireplace is beautiful! My husband and I will enjoy it for a long time. We highly recommend this business.

Bob did a fantastic job! So pleased with the new fireplace. He listened to all my concerns and took the time to really do it exactly like I wanted. He put on new stone and hearth along with a new fireplace insert. Looks even better than I had imagined it would. Just waiting to have wood flooring installed to finish off the look. The cat may even love it more, if that's possible.

Owner Bob Smith is a pleasure to work with. Ethics, expertise, and quality product all come together at Chester County Hearth. Bob passed on an unexpected price adjustment when labor costs turned out to be lower than he anticipated in his original proposal. Susan and I were very pleased with the chimney repairs and our new wood stove. Can't wait for cool weather!

Had my pellet stove installed 1-15-16 (before and after pics) By them. They did a Great job couldn't be happier. I use the pellet insert to heat the whole house. I have CCHH come back at the start of each winter to clean and service it. Always on time and they take extra care with drop cloths to keep their work area clean. Thank you.
