I had a flood in my basement about a month ago, after speaking with the insurance company I called servpro of blackwood. After speaking on the phone with Dave on a Saturday evening, I had guys ready to work in my home in about an hour. They were so quick with the work they did and very thorough. They made sure to check every part and be sure there was no water in any other parts of my home. The whole team made the process so much easier! Would definitely recommend to my closest friends and family!

We reached out to Servpro to complete a remediation job due to our HVAC unit flooding. They responded very quickly and sent Josh out for an estimate. Josh was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. This morning, Josh and crew came out to start our remediation project and we are very pleased with their efficiency, communication and diligence. They left some equipment to finish the drying out process and gave clear instruction as to why/what the equipment will do. We highly recommend this Servpro team and will keep them in mind for any future projects needs.

AWESOME service when my family was in need. We came home to a flooded basement on July 4th weekend. First called another company and it was clear they didn’t want to come out that night.
