We were helped by Moe who was super informative and kind. A day before the delivery I realized the sectional we ordered was also available with the chaise facing on the other side which would look much better in my living room. Although it was such short notice and the original sectional was already loaded in the truck Moe was able to speak with the delivery guys and swap out our order. I thought it would extend the delivery date but it arrived the next day with no problem. I highly recommend Moe he has excellent customer service and truly cares about helping others. I am beyond happy with my purchase and so glad I got the sectional I wanted.

If you want to get good quality furniture Raymore flanigan's is the place to be. Be sure to look up Vinnie he works at this location very nice person tell him that Dave sent you.

My wife and I bought an entire household of furniture from him, two living rooms and five bedrooms full. We are very satisfied and pleased with the furniture and the service that this store and Vinnie gave us. We had a issue and Vinnie swiftly took care of it immediately. We have had the furniture for more than 6 years now and it is held up very well.

Thank you to the most amazing delivery and set-up team I've met! Ricky and Kevin, you two were outstanding, and I love how you were able to connect the adjustable base to the headboard when I didn't think anyone could! Your positive "can-do" attitudes made my day! Ricky, I love how you kept saying, "don't worry - we've got you covered - we can do this." (and you did) I hope your managers realize how valuable you are, and what a tremendous asset you are to Raymour & Flanigan. Thank you again. You two are awesome! Update August 25: My experience was just made even better by my Amazing Salesperson, Chris, at the Rocky Run location! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and helpful before the sale; but she stuck with me when I decided I wanted to trade the mattress I bought for another and also wanted to use the Price Match Guarantee. She was just as helpful then as she was before the sale - the very best kind of salesperson. I love the new mattress; and because of Chris, I will continue to shop at Raymour & Flanigan. Mr. Washington Marshall made my visit to Raymour&Flanigan Rock Run Parkway a Great One ! Excellent Customer Service ...there were many mattress's to choose from,,there was a pillow demonstration.....were I tested the Sealy Hybrid SILVER hill mattress which was NICEEEEEEE....my favorite was the" AirELoom Mattress"...#great customer Service
