While I did not yet need the services of Get Bats Out Perkasie, I did interact with the technician, Michael. He is very responsive, showed up each and every time at the appointed time and is very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend and use their services should my neighborhood outdoor bats become inside bats.

When Michael Turpen came to inspect our home we found him to be very thorough, mentioning possible improvements we had not considered. Friendly and professional in his manner, he immediately put my wife and me at ease as he inspected our house from roof to foundation. Get Bats Out has a great 5-star reputation for bat removal and bat exclusion! Michael Turpen is a very knowledgeable, hard-working technician. Yeah, he is my son so I know him well! He is honest and one of the most detail-oriented persons i know. He will do what is needed to do the job and get it done right. I’ve also met the owner of the company and he a true professional—honest and high integrity!

Get Bats Out is a highly responsive company that works diligently to provide detailed information about bat infestations. We received literature that was easy to follow about bats and their colonies. Michael, the technician who came to our home was fantastic. He was thorough, patient, and compassionate. He clearly understood how unsettling it can be to wake up to bats flying in your home and he spent a great amount of time trying to find the source of the problem. In terms of his work on the remediation measures, his work was thorough and neat. He answered endless questions and provided reassurance throughout the process. Everyone with whom we interacted at Get Bats Out was friendly, professional, responsive, and compassionate. We could not have been more pleased with all of their efforts to help us.

Working for Get Bats Out has been rewarding and enjoyable. I’ve had a few employers at this point in my life but never one that truly is employee first. Their dedication to doing it right and honoring their word is the best I’ve ever seen.
