I did not have to wait, and I felt very comfortable talking to him. He was respectable of my choices and answered all my questions. Thank you!

(September 24, 2020, 2:24 pm)After looking for a primary care provider once I left my provider of about 20 years, I chose this practice. On the day I chose them I left a message and my message was returned within two hours. Hailey called me and was very courteous, respectful, and took her time with me over the phone informing me of all I needed to know. I was able to get an appointment for the next day with the medical director Dr. Gertzman, as the doctor I wanted to choose, Kimberly Levitt was booked for the next few weeks. My visit from beginning to the end was the best doctor’s visit I have had in many years. I rarely go to the doctor, as I do not have underlying health issues. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse, Michelle, to the actual doctor’s visit and then being escorted out once I was done, was very impressive. I did not feel rushed, but truly cared for. Amid the COVID-19 we are in currently I was made to feel safe and cared for. Thank’s so much for a good experience at the Quakerbridge-Capital Health Group.
