    Other than not answering their phone for 3 days straight just for a generic question they got it done in 10 minutes and made the embroidered design on whatever shirt I wanted all for a great price

    I had an excellent experience working with Matt to get my new business logo embroidered on a soft shell jacket. Despite being very busy, he spent time and worked with me to get my logo looking exactly how I envisioned before we stitched the product - important so that it would match the other items I have heat pressed. Turned out amazing, and I will be returning to get additional business and personal items.
