My Jeep hit a deer and Steve Jr. was friendly and calming. He did exactly what he said he would do, and called me with updates all along the way. The car turned out beautifully. We had one tiny issue that was remedied in no time at all, and I would bring my my car there again without any hesitation (but of course, hopefully I won't need to!)
