Very good ice cream. We enjoy traveling to find ice cream places to try. This is one of our favorites.

The ice cream flavor choices make it so hard to choose what you want--but that's a good thing! I had a cup of something with buckeyes(really just moosetracks), but it was so rich, creamy and delicious. They have so many options for shakes, sundaes and even specialty kids cups. I recommend Bruster's to anyone who is looking for quality ice cream and flavors that are not run of the mill.

We went on a Wednesday evening at about 7 pm, in march. We tried to order a hot dog meal but the fryer was down... We didn't know they had food other than ice cream until we got there so it didn't matter to us. We ordered two Banana splits with no whip cream. We got exactly what we ordered and we both agreed that they were in our top five best banana splits we ever had. The employees were cordial and service was quick. It's not cheap but it shouldn't be. Technically what we had was more of a banana chop than a banana split, but shape has no affect on taste.
