My experience there is that I know it is a very difficult job as I am there everyday and have watched patients with dementia act so terribly!
The people who work there have been fantastic in my opinion for the patient employee ratio. Family members complain because they aren’t there every day or moment. Are their problems ? Yes and I address them and make sure they are taken care of. And I keep addressing them and if it takes a 100 times I’ll do it! Because I see the love they have for my mother! From Michelle at the front desk, Frankie, Sharon head Nurse, Caroline, Bintou, to be, Marie, Esther, the cleaning lady Beatrice 3 , Zy’mere ,Troy all the therapists,Jim and Sharm so many people!!! Good people not enough to take care of so many people! God Bless you all and thank you Patrick
