I could not be happier with my home buying experience. Kathy has been in the business for over 20 years and is knowledgeable about the area, the market, and all things real estate. Working with Bridge Valley Real Estate was the best choice I could have made for my first home purchase, and if I am ever in the market again to sell or buy, I know the only people I would want to work with are Kathy and her family.

Bridge Valley is a family business and working with Kathy meant that I also got to work with her daughters and husband. Any time I had questions, wanted to tour a home, or requested documents, there was someone in the family to help me in an extremely timely manner. In this market, it's important to be able to move quickly and I never had an issue with getting what I wanted/needed from Kathy and her incredible family.

I've worked with other realtors who made me feel like I was just income and didn't see me as someone who sought genuine guidance in a tough housing market. Kathy and her daughter, Laura, worked closely with me to help me find the perfect home. When I was unsure about a property, Kathy and Laura never cornered me or urged me to purchase unless I was truly ready or happy with a property. I felt they really cared about putting me in the perfect home more than anything else.

Additionally, Kathy and Laura were incredible at explaining all the homebuying jargon and not once did they make me feel like I was asking too many questions. I called Kathy almost every day with a question and she happily answered them all; she never hung up until she was sure I fully comprehended her explanation. And as mentioned before, if Kathy was not available, Laura is a real estate wiz herself and did a great job helping me understand contracts, home condition on tours, and all the other nitty gritty details of homebuying. When given choices such as waiving inspections, purchase offer amount, mortgage companies to work with, contingencies, etc. Kathy and Laura always PRESENTED all options and never PUSHED. I feel they answered my questions and helped me reach my own conclusions. It gave me a sense of power as a homebuyer to not feel forcefully swayed in a certain direction, especially given that in this tough housing market, so many things feel very out of the buyer's control.

Business is business, but I prefer to do business with people who make me feel cared for and offer warmth, professionalism, compassion, and honesty. You will find all those things and more with Bridge Valley; I genuinely could not recommend them enough!

I would highly recommend Laura Tramontana. I was having issues with my condo association, quite a long story of their own clerical errors and hiring lawyers to come after me. This went on for ten months. When Laura heard about my plight she came to my defense and resolved the situation. Unequivocally, she turned wrong into right, simply because her conviction thought it was the right thing to do. She treated me not like a number or statistic but a true friend, even though we had never met prior to that. My gratitude to her is deep and sincere.

I’m so happy to have come across Kathy. In the past with other big-name real estate companies, I felt like a very small fish in a huge pond. Kathy listened and remained focused on exactly what my wants/needs were and never settled for anything less! She helped me buy a home that is a great investment for me because it is already worth more than what I bought it for. She has given me the confidence to start investing in other properties too.
