I ordered 2 copies of a book from the site in error. Despite the fact that they clearly indicate all sales are final the refunded my order (I contacted them immediately after placing the order as I realized the error). I very much appreciate them making an exception for me and demonstrating excellent customer service and empathy

Book Baby was a lifesaver for me, and they printed and shipped my books quickly. I have used them two years in a row, and would highly recommend using them too! Getting a quote was very quick and easy, and you can edit your quote, as many times as you need leading up to submitting your work for print. I used their help my first time, on getting the book cover design to look just right. They were very personable, and made sure that the page numbers and content would show up properly before they began printing.
