Jacquie simply put is the best! I tore my Achilles and she has been extremely, extremely helpful In the rehabilitation process and picks up where Physical Therapy leaves off. She is very knowledgeable and their new spot is awesome! The contrast combination of the cold tub, hot tub and/or sauna will leave you feeling refreshed. Highly recommend checking it out, especially if you’re an athlete looking to get an edge.

Jacquie is the queen of recovery! 👑 She has built a chill space for you to take your time and give your body some extra lovin' after those hard workouts and training you put it through. She's super knowledgeable and recommend stretches or different equipment based on how you are feeling. There are compression boots and sleeves, hot and cold tubs, and a sauna. Lots of room to stretch and roll out. She just moved locations and I can't wait to see the new space!

Cannot thank Jacquie enough for identifying and helping me with my sciatic issue. After 3 week of pain and discomfort, Jacquie was able to identify that my issues was not stemming from where we initially though the problem was occurring. After just one session with her, she was able to release the muscle off of my sciatic to give me relief. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone that is dealing with not only any new pain or discomfort but anything that is a prolong injury.

Being plagued with many old sports injuries' I was looking for a place that I could have a certified athletic trainer work with me as well as helping introduce recovery techniques to assist with my day to day comfort. At Body Lab I found both. Jacquie is knowledgeable and passionate about recovery and I've really enjoyed my time spent at Body Lab. 100% would recommend!

Great facility for athletes and everyday exercisers alike. Owners are very knowledgeable and know exactly how to get your body to recover quickly. Relaxing atmosphere and no pressure or intimidation. I’ve never done a cold tub before and absolutely loved it! They have stretch and roll classes as well.
