We go to a LOT of campgrounds. This one is really fantastic. Family owned and managed, such great people. Spacious sites, gorgeous nature all around. Crazy amount of amenities- hiking trails, bouldering, pool, ice cream bar, family activities, playground, creeks and fishing pond. We’ve had a perfect camping experience every time we’ve been here.

We just came here for an evening stroll after hiking the whole day in Appalachian trails. Very beautiful and scenic place with the river of rocks! Good for camping.

One of the best campgrounds I have been too. Lots of activities. The staff are all extremely friendly and the sites are beautiful.

Love this place! We go every year and have what I believe to be the best site there, overlooking the boulder field, tucked into the woods for privacy and gives our dogs a little more freedom. We make this our first trip out with the camper every spring because it’s close to home and we enjoy the beautiful scenery and hiking!

While we are not new to camping we are new to the RV world. 2022 was the first year with our Apex nano. Because we were new and didn’t know what to expect, we waited until after we completed our 7 camping trips before we left a review.

Easy online reservation process. They have a very friendly staff and a security guard that patrols very frequently. They seem to also have weekends event however we did not partake in them because they have a very nice selection of hiking trails. Would recommend this place.
