Arthur helped us pick out a new mattress and the delivery people came on the day they said they would. I know requested times are NOT guaranteed, but they were able to come during the time that worked best for me. Both delivery men were polite and worked efficiently, even called to let me know when they were close to my house- in addition to the recording I received. A great experience. I would recommend Mattress Firm to my friends. PS. I forgot to say that Jose Perez was the main delivery person and he was very courteous and am grateful to him. Thank you.

Arthur “Art” has been our go to Mattress Firm representative in Exeter Township Pa over the years. Purchasing 7 new beds over the last few years for our primary and secondary residence has been a worthwhile investment.

Art‘s easy going demeanor is void of any pressured selling. I think he’d tell you the mattress sells itself and his job is to simply educate you on the subtle and not so subtle differences between each one in their show room environment.

We elected not to buy from our member club, Costco, who appears to offer great values, but lacks a proper testing environment. Same with online retailers.

For us, selecting the right mattress is a personal and subjective experience. Buying based on someone else’s reviews just doesn’t work for us.

Our family works hard, studies hard, and plays hard. We never take for granted the value of a great night’s sleep!

Just got my truck back from black glass, they did every window. I dealt with John, super cool guy and very smart and easy to talk to. Only took them about 4 hours for everything. Truck is absolutely blacked out and I love it, and I know John was just as excited as I was when I picked it up. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family, and if another vehicle comes into my ownership it'll be going to them

The staff was super friendly and genuinely care about their customers. I got all my windows, sunroof and a brow done. They looked amazing!! Will 100% recommend to anyone looking to get business done here at blackglasstinting. Can’t wait to come back and get more done!

5 stars to Black Glass Window Tinting!! My SUV looks amazing, fair pricing and amazing staff and owner. Everyone was so friendly on both of my visits. I waited for my car opposed to dropping off and waiting area was clean and comfortable - I was able to bring my laptop and work. After initial tint I asked for the front to be a bit darker and was reached out to immediately. You can tell the owner truly cares about his business and it shows - attention to detail is obviously a priority...we will definitely be back :)

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about their products and services (and not the typical pushy salesmen). Flexible with scheduling. Very quick at getting my car and my wife's car done back to back (barely three hours). Pricing was very reasonable! We're both very satisfied with how our cars look now! I am recommending BlackGlass to everyone I know!

I am very impressed with these guys! This is the second vehicle I’ve had done by them. They were so flexible and willing to work with me to get a time and day that suited me well. Very professional and thorough with communication. And their tint jobs are great!
