Supportive, caring, professional, experienced, and amazing are just a few words that I would use to describe Birgit! I tried for 20 years to lose weight and I was unsuccessful, until I met her. I chose Birgitcare due to experiencing sporadic symptoms of gastroparesis since 2011. When doctor prescriptions were only the short-term fix, I chose Birgitcare hoping to get a long-term fix and it has been working so far! She educated me on WHY and HOW I was experiencing these symptoms and it was the wake-up-call I needed. It took work on my end but she catered to my dietary needs which kept me motivated under her care.
