It was a pleasure working with Biohelpers. I felt like a valued client from the initial phone call (which, by the way, was answered by an owner and not a call center). The level of responsiveness to be able to meet me the following day and complete the clean was so appreciated. Steve was honest, professional and showed compassion for the situation. He communicated well, discussing all options. Kevin was polite and professional as well. Highly recommend!

BioHelpers made an impossible situation possible for us when my father died without a will in PA from COVID. My family was unable to travel to the state to clear out his home, which was in terrible shape. We were distraught until we talked with Steve and Curran from BioHelpers. The level of compassion and sensitivity they demonstrated continues to be profound. There is a huge amount of trust involved in authorizing complete strangers to enter your deceased parent's home and clear out and categorize their belonging from 1000 miles away. But BioHelpers earned that trust and then some. They carefully broke down their fees for my brother and me, including disposal of compromised and hazardous materials like sickroom bedding, all the while keeping my father's loss at the forefront of our discussions and communicating with great gentleness and tact. They were careful to document everything in my dad's home and photograph items that they thought my brother and I might want. They dug through piles and piles to locate some important papers for us, which was a godsend in the aftermath of his death. Steve and Curran also did their very best to leave his apartment in pristine condition, so we would not be charged by the apartment complex. I could speak for days about how their caring vocation saved our family in a terrible year. I had no idea such people existed on the planet, offering such a merciful service. Deep gratitude to you, Steve and Curran, for your continued help. You are wonderful souls.

I had 4 lbs of liver under my front seat for 2 days in 90 edge heat. Blood soaked carpet etc. They gave me great information on the clean up and were extremely helpful. I highly recomend theses guys

BioHelpers exceeded my highest expectations for cleaning my house. Several other companies refused the job because of its severity. The house had been rented out for years to tenants who had two cats (not allowed as per the lease.) The house was filthy and reeked of cat urine. There was also an unreported roof leak and mold My daughter has asthma and cystic fibrosis, with a severe cat allergy. I, too, have asthma and a cat allergy, and neither of us could go in the house. Steve provided me with a respirator mask and walked through the house with me, taking very specific notes about my concerns and about the medical protocol for cleaning cat dander. He and his crew stayed within their bid, and cleaned every inch of the house and basement, including the ceiling pipes in the basement. Steve helped me research a dehumidifier and installed it in the basement. When they were done, the house was clean, and both my daughter and I were able to spend time in it without any problem. I cannot recommend BioHelpers highly enough.
