Bert is always professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable , had some issues with my sump pump and he was able to help me out before it got to be a much bigger problem!

I needed to replace my entire plumbing line. I had 2 seperate plumbers not show up when I set an appointment. I was given information about Bert The Plumber. He showed up on time, was honest, and made sure I understood everything he was doing. His price was very fair and he did a top notch job. Albert Rappa who goes by “Bert the plumber” Was by far the most professional. He responded quickly and didn’t charge us to access the situation. He advertises first hour free and he means it. It was an easy decision to hire Bert out of the other plumbers and quotes we received. The job took 3 days to complete and I had the pleasure in those three days to get to know him. He was very friendly to talk with and went above and beyond to get our new sink in without requesting any additional money. He was very particular with his work, a perfectionist.
