Berlin Pharmacy

John and Thelma are the best. When I moved here a year ago I started using Rite Aid. Most of the employees were rude and hardly spoke to you. They didn't even acknowledge you standing at the pharmacy counter for 10 minutes. I switched to the Berlin Pharmacy and love it. They know you by name when you come in they are very pleasant and happy to see you. I just love it.

My goal was to support a neighborly business and this place exceeded my expectations.

I am very grateful for this pharmacy! They are super kind people, knowledgeable and personable. Quick service also.

They worked with my doctor, health insurance and previous pharmacy to ensure that I had my prescription transferred and filled expeditiously.

Usually businesses will leave the consumer to make the stressful calls on their own but Thelma and John were communicative and made this process as seamless as possible for me. I was blown away with their compassion and determination.

The best private pharmacy ever. Thelma and John are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating and go that extra mile to care for the customer. We have all these large chain pharmacies in our area and NOT ONE cared to make the effort to obtain the medication I desperately needed, giving me every excuse under the sun, like their wholesaler no longer carries it and the state laws have changed etc. (BS overload) But Berlin Pharmacy came through OVERNIGHT!!!!

I absolutely love this pharmacy. You deal with only one pharmacist and she is personable, knowledgeable and has your best interest all the time. She is on top of every medication your on and I'm on alot of medication, with many changes every month. She is the best pharmacist I ever had to deal with. You couldn't pay me enough to go anywheres else.
