You can't go wrong with Bentley Truck on Essington. Everybody I've dealt with in every department has exceeded my expectations tenfold. Refreshingly expedient, organized, honest, professional. I purchased my first fleet truck in October 2019 and it has been nothing but a pleasure ever since. The superstar of this review is John Giacobbe in the Dealership Service Department. A true gentleman and a scholar. He has taken very good care of me and both my trucks (one of which was purchased elsewhere), and takes time on the phone to discuss the granulars of the work done. John could tell me that a repair cost $4000 (which has happened more than once) and I can trust that he arrived at that number objectively and with integrity. Thanks for everything John, I appreciate you.

Bought a Cab and Chassis from Mike. He was great to do business with. We flew in and he met us after business hours. The whole process with him was made easy. I look forward to buying an other truck from him soon.
