I like that the class size is not too big and the kids get to learn and practice the basics of Muay Thai with each other and with the instructor. My kid also gets a good workout from the class. Also, bottles of water is provided to the kids, which is great! I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in trying mix martial arts!

A great place to learn Muay Thai for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Everyone’s super friendly, and the head instructor, Chris, really knows his stuff. He always makes sure to go around and help each individual during a training session and ensure we improve as much as we can. Would recommend.

Beltrante Fighting Systems is a great place to learn Muay Thai. From the very first class you are welcomed into it regardless of previous experience. Kru Chris is a great teacher and explains each drill effectively, really getting into the “why” of each skill. There are several levels of classes offered based on what you are looking for and what your skill sets are. But the best part about it is that everyone in each class is totally cool and helpful, no knuckleheads. Highly recommend getting involved in the programs to help your physical and mental health along with increasing your ability to defend yourself.

I’ve been going here for about a year now, and I cannot believe how far I’ve come in that time. I used to not know anything about martial arts or fighting, but now it’s all become second nature to me. Chris is the perfect person to teach Muay Thai. He has an excellent eye for even the smallest of details and can easily break down why you are struggling with certain moves or techniques as well as being able to show what adjustments you need to make in order to get it right. His teaching style is also extremely effective. He spends a great deal of time on each technique, giving you plenty of time to perfect it. It’s not just Chris that makes this place incredible, however. Everyone there is wonderful and supportive. We all work together to build each other up, and I never would have gotten this far without all of them. I go there almost every day, and I have no intention of stopping any time soon.

I joined Beltrante Fighting Systems a few months ago and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Kru Chris is an amazing instructor. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate in what he does. He takes his time teaching all the technicalities of the sport and really cares about his students. I only wish I had signed up way sooner!!!
