A sincere thank you to Believe Home Care and our caretaker Fatou. My husband and I brought his mother home to our house to care for her during her cancer treatment and the task of caring for her and our 3 children was overwhelmingly to me.
We thought that we would be helping my mother in law get strong and healthy for her next treatment.
Fatou helped with all daily care of my mother in law as well as helped me with household chores- such as doing dishes, sweeping floors, and keeping our household running. My mother in law became bed ridden and with Fatou’s help we were able to keep caring for her in our home with her grandchildren present to keep her company. This was priceless to our family.
With Fatou’s experience- she helped to recommend products to get for the care and comfort of my mother in law. We were so thankful to have her knowledge and her calm demeanor in our home during this difficult and overwhelming time. I don’t know how we would have managed without her!
My mother in law was provided the wonderful gift of having her last few weeks with her family around her to love and care for her.

I have a 93 year old mother-in-law living with us with early onset dementia, and she has limited mobility due to knees. Although Believe Home Care is a bit more expensive than other providers, it is by far the best choice we ever made. Each member of the team, from Scott the owner who is the first visit we received, to his wife Terry, a nurse who helped us with the initial personal care visits and developing a plan for the more permanent care giver, is extremely dedicated and professional. An important point for us, was to have the same care giver with each visit and for the care giver to not only be efficient and complete her duties but to do it with care and compassion. Kim her care giver is all of these. My mother-in-law is always first with Believe. Each visit is documented on a blog and shared with the team. Once a month at no additional charge a nurse calls to make a quick visit and evaluation. Another important point for us was to feel safe with our care givers visiting our home. In all aspects Believe has been professional, caring and compassionate of my mother-in-laws needs as well as our needs. We would recommend them highly. As a side note, it also wonderful dealing with a family run business who genuinely care about their business and the business of caring for their clients.
