Could not be happier with B&D. B&D came out to clean our clothing, linens, and window treatments after a small chimney fire at our house. They were very easy to work with, professional, and friendly. They put us at ease after a traumatic event and the cleaning service itself was excellent. After a significant smoke condition inside of our house, our items were returned smelling brand new. You guys are awesome.
After our house fire, B&D serviced our belongings. The quality of care taken with our things was evident. In fact, although they couldn't successfully remove the smell of smoke from all our garments ( which was to be expected), the quality our garments were returned to us was excellent! In fact, many of our older pieces came back to us looking new again! I was really impressed and most importantly, at peace to be able to keep some things from that fire. They were one of 2 places our Private Adjuster used. Thank God for B&D because the other place our Adjuster used, ruined our things. Really wish they had B&D wash everything.
