My wife and I were in the market for an A/C system and hired Joe and his team for the job. The installation was completed last summer and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. We were especially pleased with Bill Hosier, the technician who did the installation. Bill is professional, knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions, thoroughly reviewing the details to ensure we were on the same page. He’s very friendly, honest and an all-around good guy.

I recently had a furnace installed at one of the properties I manage and had some questions I needed answers before I made the final decision on the product. I emailed Bill and within 24 hours he replied to my questions and I was able to make an informed decision about the product selection which saved my more than $1000. I highly recommend Battavio, Plumbing, Heating and Cooling.

Joe the owner came out and gave me a quote and was super knowledgeable and honest. It is always easy to schedule and get in contact with someone at their company. I love this company and will continue to use!

(October 12, 2022, 12:27 pm)These guys have always been great with service and taking care of issues proactively on my boiler and AC, reasonable prices, no hard upsells but they do give me options and explain the pro/cons. Customer service team is also very helpful and friendly. Been with them a few years and highly recommend.

(January 27, 2021, 11:45 am)Handle with stem of shower control valve broke broke off during a shower on a Saturday morning. After turning off the water to the running shower, the business' answering service contacted Joe Battavio who called back from his home immediately. He was able to come out later the same day to replace the broken valve. Very responsive - quality work. We have used him before and will continue patronize his for our repair and upgrade needs.
