I have been going to the Bala Eye Center for 11 years. The staff are friendly, efficient, and wonderful. The doctors are caring and excellent. I love the optical shop which has a great selection of glasses and sunglasses and the staff are really helpful and good at picking frames for patients. I always enjoy coming here. Everything is consistently great from start to finish!!

First time here. Very organized. Friendly and great service from everyone. The doctor who attended me offered me clear, accurate and honest information about my status and options available. Seamless and great experience from the beginning to the end of the appointment. Highly recommended.

Dr. Mathers is one of the best ophthalmologists I ever had. He is very knowledgeable and professional. At the same time he carefully listens to his patients and he strives to provide the best care possible. I recommend him very highly. The office and medical staff at Bala Eye Care are very friendly. Their genuine smiles make it easy to be a patient here.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The person who took me back did some tests. She was very professional. When she was done ,she put my chart in a box outside the room. I only waited about 15 minutes for the doctor. The doctor did everything he had to do. The doctor explained everything to me after everything was done. Great experience.

Absolutely the best place around. Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. They were amazing with getting my kids into contact lenses. We moved and I still go out of my way to go here
