Looking for a first car for my daughter and after weeks of going from one dealer to another found Auto Concepts, and so happy I stopped in! Bought a 2016 Ford Escape one owner and low miles and great price. From start to finish Michael Garro and associate Scott answered all my questions and made the process very very easy! I appreciate the time they took to go over everything when picking up car and letting her test drive without restrictions. I got a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue - and it’s red - my favorite color, which I searched for on CarFax and Facebook’s Market Place (where this car was listed).

I / we had a really pleasant (no pressure whatsoever) experience with both Michael and Pete.

As with prior dealers over the years, there was no b.s. or hours on end wheeling and dealing, paperwork, etc.

First trip, including the test drive, was probably 40 minutes.

The day I actually purchased, approximately the same.

And no DMV to go to! I only need to get “Ruby” inspected.

I rarely write reviews, but knew by the time I left, I would be. I’ve been looking around for a while for a car. So happy I found these guys, would have saved me so much frustration. I arrived, lot was clean, all the cars are presentable and the car i was looking at was already parked in from for me. They greeted me by name and my initial first impression of Mike and Pete was just great. They were funny, pleasant and immediately made me feel at ease. After a quick chat, they handed me the keys and let me check out the car in peace, no hovering over me, no sense of urgency. Took the car for a test drive and knew I wanted to purchase. The car had a clean Carfax, with one owner and was listed more than $2000 under value. The buying process was quick, easy and they answered all my questions with grace. I had been looking at a major name dealership and they were able to get me a better price, interest rate and lower monthly payment.
Mike and Pete are excellent at what they do. They work with you, your schedule and there is just an overall no rush, no pressure atmosphere here.
They have made me a lifetime customer because in these days, it is difficult to get that level of service anywhere.
