This place was clean and professional and very kind. They are easy to make an appointment and they gave me a report on any other issues they saw with my car but were NOT pushy on wanting me to get them done like a dealer is. I totally recommend them.

Excellent experience. We had a tire emergency and the folks at Austin's were able to find the tire we needed and install it quickly. It saved our day! The staff was so helpful and polite.

Quick, efficient, and accommodating. Kyle, Jaime and Dylan were very helpful and didn't make me feel bad about what happened to my car. I would recommend them for towing or service and everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly.

Austin's is awesome. From the moment I walked in I can tell this was the real deal. Jamie was so wonderful! Polite, customer friendly, knows her stuff and very good at explaining. The service techs were all amazing as well in their conversations and how they explained what was going on with my vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. I like them so much that I have a 2001 BMW 740iL which I let no one touch but the dealer. The next trip to the shop for this car will be to Austin's. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks Austin's for making the customer feel important and knowing that their vehicle is on good hands. Fred

I have used Austin's Auto Service since 2017. They are very thorough regarding evaluating your vehicle as well as they keep you informed regarding recommending parts that may need repaired. They have a good team environment in their shop and I feel they are very good in communicating unfortunate fixes your car will need and what it will cost you. They offer discounts for AAA members and perform follow up calls a few days after they finish their service. I have been happy to use their shop for 3 cars and hope to continue to utilize their services.
