Working with Audrey has been a game changer and has vastly improved my quality of life. I struggled with dermatillomania (compulsive skin picking disorder) for many years, progressively getting worse since childhood, and did not think there was a solution for me. I started seeing Audrey in July of last year and have seen rapid and lasting change. Most noticeably, my dermatillomania is now under control. But I have also seen positive changes in my background thought patterns and improvement in my ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and rationally.

One of many cool things about hypnotherapy is that it's solutions-oriented. After 10 biweekly-ish sessions, Audrey and I decided to stop meeting regularly because I had largely met my initial goals. I also do talk therapy and get a lot out of it, but this is something different. It is targeted to your specific goals, and for me was very efficient and effective. I still regularly listen to the recordings I received after each session to maintain the progress I've made.

If you're considering it, I would highly highly recommend reaching out for a consultation and giving Audrey's methods a try. For me, it has been 100% worth the investment.

I’d only recommend you go to Audrey if you’re serious about changing something in your life. I was at what’d I’d consider a very low point in my life, unmotivated, no goals, no values etc. And after about 3 sessions, like a movie my life changed. Since then I’ve been working out consistently 4 months in a row, I quit smoking, I have a schedule and routine, and I eat extremely healthy. My life has changed exponentially and it’s due to the help of Audrey’s work. She is extremely knowledgeable about her friend and the ones that tie in. She doesn’t just hypnotize you she takes in consideration all factors in your life to fix your issue. Easily the best investments you can make in your life.

ACI Helped my family with my insurance claim. We had major damage on our roof. Insurance gave us 5 grand. We got close to 30 grand after ACI stepped in.
