Greg’s studio is great for my daughter. He’s genial and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the body mechanics of young athletes. She looks forward to her sessions every day. Highly recommended!

Greg Hamm is an absolutely exceptional sports performance coach. As a former division 1 athlete, I have worked with many coaches and what impressed me most was Greg's ability to tailor my training not only to my individual sport, but to me individually as an athlete. He has a profound understanding of sports physiology, human anatomy and injuries/rehab. I can't recommend him highly enough.
