    Great experience overall. It was simple to schedule an appointment for service. When I arrived at A&T Subaru a friendly gentleman greeted me and performed intake (mileage, VIN, etc.). We chatted about ‘99 Subaru Outback Sport he owned in the past. The service advisor (Jess) took detailed notes of the repairs I requested to perform and OEM Subaru parts I brought. Several hours later I received a call from the service advisor providing the cost of the repairs and expected time of completion. Received a text the next day that my vehicle is ready. When picking up the service advisor (Corey) was very courteous and patient in answering additional questions I had (even though it was about 15 minutes before closing time).

    The express service today did a great job. Also the sales folks made me feel at home chatting with me while I waited.

    The service here is honest and fair. The systems that get you and your car in and out are very efficient, professional and friendly. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great experience.
